All tickets sold for the Catholic Schools Music Festival (the Promoter) by TICKETEK, including those purchased online, are sold subject to the following Conditions of Sale:

The Catholic Schools Music Festival (the Promoter) cannot exchange or refund a ticket following purchase for any reason including illness and there-by non-attendance at a performance.

Tickets are sold by TICKETEK on behalf of the Promoter who are responsible for providing the service or event. The Promoter is responsible for the content of all promotional materials related to the event.

The right is reserved to add, withdraw, or substitute artists and/or vary advertised programs.

TICKETEK stipulate that late arrivals may result in non-admittance until a suitable break in the performance. The venue management reserves the right of admission.

If a performance or event is cancelled for any cause reasonably beyond the control of the Promoter, no obligation is assumed by TICKETEK for arranging of a substitute service, event, or performance.

Tickets may not be resold or offered for resale at a premium or be used for advertising, promotions, or other commercial purposes (including trade promotions or competitions) without the prior consent of the Promoter. Any breach of these conditions will void the ticket.

Cameras, audio, and video recorders are banned from Adelaide Festival Centre. A breach may lead to confiscation of equipment and recording medium and removal of patron from the venue.

Where concessions are applicable, suitable and valid identification must be provided for collection of tickets and for admission to the venue.

The only persons authorised to collect pre-paid tickets are the My Ticketek account holder and/or credit/debit card holder.

• Ticketek is no longer able to accept a credit card as a form of identification.
• Valid concession I.D. must also be presented where applicable.
• If you require someone else to collect your tickets on your behalf, ensure the collector has a letter of authority and the booking confirmation.

Where a child is attending an event at an Adelaide Festival Centre venue using a ticket purchased from TICKETEK, the child must be accompanied by an adult who also holds a ticket purchased from TICKETEK for an adjoining seat to the child.

Adelaide Festival Centre adheres to COVID Safe protocols at all events. You should not attend the venue if you have any cold or flu symptoms or have recently tested positive for COVID-19. We encourage audience members to wear masks, sanitise and wash hands frequently, and maintain physical distancing as much as possible.
